- Louvre-homes type R2, 800 per square meter.
- Wendy-homes type R3, 500 per square meter.
- For approved professional plans by the town council and engineers, tailored to your land's slope and specific requirements. Costs start at R8,500 per square meter for Nutec homes and R10,500 per square meter for brick and mortar homes.

- Free delivery within a radius of 15km from our workshop, and we also sell (DIY kits).
- Wendy house prices come with flooring stand on bricks, side panels and pine windows. Door frame is assembled from the same material used for outside cladding. Wendy houses are built as an empty shell. Interior fitting and finishing like ceiling, cladding, electric wiring, cupboards, plumbing etc. can only be installed for additional costs. Corrugated roof sheets are installed with 5yrs warranty.
- Log-Homes come treated with Copper Chrome Arsenate (CCA). Chromdec roofing is supplied with a wide range of colours to choose from. Our roof types for log homes range from and are not limited to thatching, Harvey tile, and concrete roof, as per client's request. Log-homes furnished with basic interior and plumbing, ready for client to turn the key and move in with a 10yr warranty; 50-100yrs life span.
- All our timber-Homes are treated for insects and termites and fully weather-proofed. Fire-guards are also put in place.
